I am a coach, writer and speaker of all things health, personal development, mindset and fitness; and my mission is to empower you to become the best version of you.

That’s me in a nutshell. All fuzzy and generic. Let me be more specific.

I truly believe that in order to be your best you; mastering your health, mind and body is key; and that’s exactly what I have dedicated myself to studying each and every day. I take a holistic approach towards helping you on that journey, and I’ll start by sharing mine.

It came down to two things – going on my own health and fitness journey; and fulfilling my duty to give back all that I can.

I’ll start with my own journey. Let’s just say I was not what you would consider the eptitome of health. While I was reasonably “healthy looking” on the outside, I suffered with anxiety, agoraphobia, depression, IBS, an eating disorder… All kinds of lovely stuff.

But somewhere deep down, I knew this wasn’t good enough. This wasn’t really living. The pain of staying the same outweighed the fear of change. Something had to give.

I decided the first thing I had to get a handle on was the mental health stuff. I believe it all starts there; it certainly did for me. I made a decision to begin unfolding and discovering who I really was and where it all came from. Understanding this gave me the key to success in all areas of life.

With this new found knowledge and confidence, I began working on my nutrition to address my crippling IBS. I also started to exercise in the hope it would improve my mindset and body confidence, and the results were astonishing. These were the missing links.

I knew I couldn’t be the only one who could receive such enormous benefits. Given everything I had learned, I knew it was selfish to keep it to myself. I firmly believe in the power of contribution, so I made it my mission to encourage and empower others to start their own journey to lead a life they never thought possible. Ultimately, I hope to teach others all that I know to inspire them to go on and become the best version of themselves.

So how I plan to do this?

I aim to give you all the tools, guidance and accountability by providing as much value I can through writing, coaching and public speaking.
